You will receive detailed tracking information within 24-48 hours once your order is confirmed by AFA/B.

Processing times for orders are 1-5 business days not including Saturday's or Sunday's.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed & shipped out the following business day, unless it falls on a holiday.

Please allow 2-10 business days for orders to arrive.

We ship worldwide however, if you are outside of the U.S. we are not responsible for custom fees. There is a shipping fee of $19.99 if you are located outside of the U.S.

Note if your package is sent to the wrong address and returned to us, we charge a $10.00 reship fee. To avoid this please be sure to enter the correct shipping address during checkout.

Angel Face Academy assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If you feel your package has been stolen please contact USPS Postal Inspectors at 1-877-876-2455 (Option 3).
