Q. Where is Angel Face Academy/Beauty located?  We are located Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Q. Are Angel Face Academy/Beauty cosmetics cruelty free? Yes. All of our cosmetics are cruelty free and no animal testing done what so ever.  

Q. I placed an order now what? Once your order is confirmed by A.F.A/B. you will receive an email with detailed tracking information within 24-48 hours. *Please check your spam/trash folder to ensure you receive this email, if it’s not in your main email. 

Q. How long does it take for orders to be processed? All orders are processed in the manner which they are received. Usual processing times are 1-5 business days not including Saturday's and Sunday's. Please note that during Angel Flash Sales, Angel Discount Days, or Angel Live Sales that orders may take longer to process because of an influx of orders. Please allow 1-10 business days for all sale items to be processed. 

Q. How do I change or cancel my order? Unfortunately, all sales are final.

Q. Does Angel Face Academy/Beauty ship outside of the U.S.? Yes we ship worldwide. However, if you are located outside of the U.S. we are not responsible for custom fees. Also all orders outside of the U.S. incur a ship fee of $19.99.  

Q. I received a damaged/defective item how do I fix this? If you receive a damaged/defective item due to our error, please be sure to email us with a photo proof of the item at Hi@AngelFaceAcademy.com within 24-48 hours. Angel Face Academy/Beauty correct the issue & will replace the item with the same item or one of equal value.

Q. My item was lost or stolen, how can I get a refund? Once an order leaves our facility we are no longer liable or responsible. Please file a claim or contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777.  

Q. Are deposits required for booking a Glow Treatment? Yes we do require deposits for glow treatments. However, once a deposit is made it goes towards the cost of selected service. We ask that all services under $50 be paid in full. 

Q. What happens if I’m late. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment will be cancelled and you will be responsible paying a late fee of $20.00

Q. What happens if I have to cancel my appointment? We understand things happen, so to combat this we give a 24hour grace period. During this window you may book an appointment date that better fits you. Cancellations made the day of will incur 100% of the total service fee. 

Q. What happens if I miss my appointment or I am a No Call-No Show? Your appointment is important to us. However, if you miss or you’re a no call/show for your appointment without prior communication, you will be still be charged 100% of the total service fee. If more than 2 missed/no call-no shows occur customers risk being banned from booking. 

Q. Are deposits refundable? All deposits made towards service/services rendered are deemed non-refundable.
